Jessica Oslo, MA is the Clinical Director of Vantis Institute and a founding partner. She is highly regarded within the medical community for her artistry and aesthetic expertise expressed through her Paramedical Vantis Follicle Replication proprietary procedure. Jessica has extensive experience camouflaging severe scarring and has worked alongside the nations most elite plastic surgeons for over 11 years.
She is a dedicated artist and skilled practitioner who combines her passion for medicine with her love for art. She received her certification in aesthetic micropigmentation in the United Kingdom where she was directly trained by the world’s recognized innovator of Scalp Micro-Pigmentation.
Jessica is genuinely dedicated to changing lives on a daily basis and is a living kidney donor.

Kim is a Certified Medical Assistant and Vantis Certified Practitioner. Originally from Arizona, Nichole moved to Southern California when she was 22 years old. She became a registered nurse in 2010 and received her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2017. She began as an emergency room nurse but when Nichole was exposed to the aesthetic industry she immediately knew she wanted to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. Her warm, friendly personality and passion for patient outcome and experience is evident the moment you meet her.

Dr. S. Todd Newman, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Stephen Todd Newman was born and raised in Southern California and attended St. Margaret’s Episcopal School in San Juan Capistrano and the University of Southern California (’95).
After graduating from USC, he conducted and published research at Harvard Medical School (’98 GPA: 4.0), in the laboratory of Dr. Gloria Lee at Harvard’s Center for Neurologic Disease. He then followed in his grandfather’s footsteps and attended the Boston University School of Medicine (’03) , where he discovered his passion for comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Newman returned to his roots and completed an internship in surgery and a residency in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at UCLA-Ronald Reagan Medical Center (’07).
Following his training at UCLA, Dr. Newman served for a decade as an Anesthesiologist and Critical Care physician at Hoag Memorial Hospital, in Newport Beach.
A lifelong student of martial arts, Dr. Newman actively trains in jiu-jitsu and MMA and brings this energy and precision into every aspect of patient care. Since 2007 he has served as Team Doctor for the St. Margaret’s Varsity Football team (winner of 2 State Championships).

Dr. Carson Bruns, PhD

Dr. Carson Bruns is a leading and acclaimed pioneer in the study of molecular nanotechnology. Dr. Bruns’s work has been extraordinary, he is the inventor of a nanotechnology pigment that is deposited into the skin and changes color when exposed to signals such as ultraviolet light or heat.
Dr. Bruns is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering with the ATLAS Institute at the University of Colorado, Boulder where he directs the Emerging Nanomaterials Laboratory. He received a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University under the guidance of Nobel Laureate J. Fraser Stoddart and was a Miller Research Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley. His research uses molecular nanotechnology to develop new materials with applications in areas such as biomedicine, energy transduction, and human-computer interfaces. Dr. Bruns has co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
